How do I redeem my savings card?
Just present the savings card to your local pharmacist when filling your valid prescription for LAMICTAL for epilepsy.


Can I use my savings card even though I have insurance?
Unless you live in Massachusetts, yes, you can use the savings card toward your
out-of-pocket costs, up to $25 per prescription for LAMICTAL.



Can I use the savings card if I live in Massachusetts?
In Massachusetts, the savings card is only good if no part of the cost is being covered by insurance.


Can I use more together with another savings offer for LAMICTAL to cover my out-of-pocket costs?
No, the savings card may be not be used along with any other savings offer for LAMICTAL.


Can I use the savings card if I'm enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare?
You cannot use the savings card if your prescriptions are paid in part of full by any federal or state program, including Medicaid and Medicare or if you are enrolled in Medicare Part D. For more details, see the Patient Eligibility rules.


My pharmacy won't accept the savings card. Why not, and what can I do?
Unfortunately, not all pharmacies will accept the savings card. You may want to ask a different pharmacy if they accept the savings card.


I get my prescriptions filled through a mail-order pharmacy. Can I use the savings card?
You can use the savings card for mail-order prescriptions if they are a participating mail-order pharmacy. You should present the savings card at the time you order. We recommend that you contact your mail-order pharmacy ahead of time to confirm that your savings card will be accepted.


My savings card hasn't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to get your savings card in the mail. If it still hasn't arrived after that time, please call the GlaxoSmithKline Response Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, at 1-888-825-5249.


If I sign up for the special savings offer, will my personal information be shared?
Please be assured that your personal information will NOT be shared, and all correspondence from us will be discreet. People will not be able to tell that your mail is about epilepsy. Refer to our privacy policy for more information.


How can I stop getting information from LAMICTAL?
If you no longer wish to receive information from LAMICTAL, you may use our online form.


Can I use the savings card if I take LAMICTAL for bipolar disorder?
No. This offer is only for people who use LAMICTAL for epilepsy.
